Learo provides lead-generation services connecting local service businesses with prospective customers in selected regions. The specifics of any engagement — including lead volume, pricing and coverage — are set out in the proposal agreed between you and Learo.
Where a partnership grants exclusive regional coverage, leads generated for that region during the term are provided to you alone. Leads are provided as introductions to prospective customers; Learo does not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale.
Fees are billed as described in your proposal. Learo covers marketing costs; you pay for the leads delivered under your plan. Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are not bound by long-term contracts and may be scaled, paused or ended by either party.
You are responsible for responding to and managing the leads we provide, for the quality of your own services, and for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including how you contact and serve customers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
